What is Graphitex?
Graphitex SRL is a Belgian company specialized for more than 30 years in workwear, promotional textiles and textile customization. Our workshop handles screen printing, embroidery, transfer, DTF and flex.
Where are you located?
Graphitex is located at Rue de l’Estampage 3, 4340 Awans, Belgium. Our workshop is easy to reach from Liege, Brussels and Namur.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00. We are closed on weekends.
Do you work with individuals?
We mainly work with companies, associations, schools, public bodies and self-employed professionals. Individual requests can be reviewed depending on the product, quantity and customization type.
Products
What types of products do you offer?
We offer workwear and promotional clothing, safety shoes, high-visibility garments, rainwear, PPE, multinorm and welding clothing, cold-store clothing, horeca and event apparel, healthcare and cleaning garments, forestry clothing, disposable items and accessories.
Do you offer organic or sustainable products?
Yes. Our catalog includes organic cotton, recycled materials and responsible ranges depending on brands and availability. We can guide you to references suited to your project.
Can I order a sample before placing an order?
Yes, blank product samples can be requested to check fit, material, size or color before placing a larger order.
Customization
Which marking techniques do you offer?
Our workshop offers printing, embroidery, screen-transfer, DTF, flex and flocking. The recommended technique depends on the textile, artwork, expected finish and quantities.
Which file format should I provide for my logo?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, JPEG and PNG files. For best results, use a vector file or high-resolution file with the desired colors and dimensions.
Can you help prepare my artwork?
Yes. We can advise you, adapt an existing logo or prepare a production-ready file when needed. Any graphic preparation costs are specified in the quote.
Will the final result match my screen exactly?
On-screen previews and colors are indicative. Slight differences in tone, size or finish may occur depending on the textile, marking technique and support used.
Orders
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity depends on the product, supplier and customization technique. Some projects are possible in small batches, while others require higher quantities to remain technically and economically relevant.
How do I get a quote?
You can request a quote through the online form or by email at info@graphitex.com. Include products, quantities, sizes, colors, marking positions, available files and desired timing to receive a suitable proposal.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, prices may vary according to quantities, products, marking techniques, number of colors, positions and deadlines. The quote includes the details that apply to your request.
Can I return a customized product?
Products made to your specifications or clearly customized cannot be returned for a simple change of mind. The 14-day return right applies only to non-customized products within the limits provided by law.
Delivery
What are the delivery lead times?
Lead times depend on stock, supplier, quantity, marking technique and validation of files or proofs. Deadlines mentioned in a quote or order are indicative unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
Yes, we can deliver in Belgium and abroad. Transport costs and lead times depend on destination, volume and carrier.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is possible at Graphitex, Rue de l’Estampage 3, 4340 Awans. We notify you when the order is ready.
What should I do if there is a problem upon delivery?
Check the goods upon receipt. Any claim must be reported quickly and, according to our terms, in writing within 7 business days of receipt.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments can be made using the methods offered during checkout or according to quote terms, including online payment, bank transfer or invoice for accepted professional customers.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
A deposit may be requested depending on the order type, customization, amount or business relationship. Exact terms are specified in the quote or order confirmation.
Do you offer payment facilities?
For professional orders or larger volumes, specific payment terms can be reviewed. They must be confirmed in writing before the order is validated.
