1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It remembers information such as language, session or preferences. Similar technologies, such as browser local storage or analytics identifiers, can serve a similar purpose.

2. Essential cookies

These cookies are required for the site to work: navigation, user session, cart, security and remembering your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled from our consent tool.

The consent cookie keeps your choices for 12 months so we do not ask for preferences on every visit.

3. Analytics cookies and events

If you accept them, Graphitex uses PostHog Cloud EU to measure journeys and interactions: page views, session, scroll, clicks, searches, favorites, cart, quote, checkout, payment, technical errors and form usage.

PostHog may create its own cookies or browser storage identifiers to recognize a consented session or user. When you are logged in, we may send your user ID, email, account type and company presence to link analytics to the customer account.

The site also pushes events to window.dataLayer. If Google Tag Manager is configured and you gave analytics consent, the container may load tags receiving those events. Vercel Analytics is not used on the Graphitex storefront.

4. Preference cookies

These cookies remember choices such as language, theme or display preferences.

5. Managing consent

You can accept, reject or change cookie preferences from the banner or settings available on the site. You can also delete cookies from your browser.

If you withdraw analytics consent, PostHog capture is disabled and analytics tools controlled by the site are no longer loaded for later visits.
