Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose and scope

These terms govern the contractual relationship between Graphitex SRL, Rue de l’Estampage 3, 4340 Awans, Belgium, and any individual or legal entity purchasing through the site or any other channel.

Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

Article 2 - Products and services

Graphitex offers customizable textile products and marking services: screen printing, embroidery, digital printing, transfer and flocking. Essential characteristics are described on product pages.

Images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible but may vary depending on screens and textile supports.

Article 3 - Quotes and orders

Customers can request a free quote online or by email. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 30 days.

The order becomes final after quote acceptance, proof approval and receipt of the agreed deposit. After proof approval, no change is possible without written agreement.

Article 4 - Prices and payment

Prices are stated in euros excluding taxes. VAT and delivery costs are added according to the quote.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, Bancontact, card or payment methods offered at checkout. A 50% deposit may be requested.

Article 5 - Delivery and receipt

Delivery lead times start after proof approval and deposit receipt. Standard lead times are indicative.

The customer must check goods on receipt and submit any written complaint within 8 days after delivery.

Article 6 - Customized products

Under applicable Belgian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

Article 7 - Warranty, liability and data

Graphitex warrants conformity with the approved proof. Liability is limited to replacement or refund of defective products.

Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy and GDPR.

Article 8 - Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties first seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, the courts of Liege have jurisdiction.
